CPx Training
Our key training for all All Nations fieldworkers is called Church Planting Experience (CPx). This training is developed and contextualized for specific regions of the world in order to help our fieldworkers be effective and sustainable, as they go wherever the Holy Spirit leads them. CPx is a three-week intensive experience.
Our goal is to reach the neglected globally -- the least, the last, and the lost. Our key training at All Nations Kampala helps local indigenous fieldworkers prepare to be sustainable, fruitful disciples who love and serve and make disciples and plant simple churches among people groups as the Holy Spirit leads.
What You’ll Learn and Do
Church Planting eXperience (CPx) is designed to teach you the heart of simple church planting.
All Nations Kampala Hub's CPx teaches how to be a healthy disciple who replicates oneself and learns how to develop trusting relationships, as they partner with the Father and what He is already doing among a people group. God is already there working. We get to partner with Him! You'll learn how to plant basic, essential churches that are easy to teach locals to lead. Because we teach the core of the Christian message, these churches rapidly multiply through people groups! CPx does not require any particular background or credentials. Jesus chose common fishermen as His first followers. Then, He taught them to be leaders and sent them out to tell others about Him.
You’ll learn about the seven Commands of Jesus! Jesus actually had about 150 commands, but these seven are enough to keep people on the main tracks. We teach this in CPx.

Be Baptized
Break Bread (have communion, be in fellowship)
Love (forgive)
Pray (in the name of Jesus)
Give
Go and make disciples
At CPx, you will learn practical ways to make disciples who make other disciples. Whole movements of church planting — churches sharing Jesus and rapidly multiplying — are igniting throughout the world. Entire people groups are coming to know Jesus and following Him for the first time. They are movements that are quickly taken over by local leadership, local energy, local worship, and local flavor. If you have a heart for missions, CPx is a great place to start.
Why CPx?
There are a lot of organizations that only provide training, and there are also a lot of missions boards that are only willing to send workers who meet their various requirements. All Nations Kampala provides both training and sending. In fact, throughout the whole process, we commit to each individual from the first moment he/she thinks about missions, through the training and the first field experiences, all the way through his/her long-term placement. We don’t just commit to train you. We commit to caring for you through every season of your life as a missionary. Bottom line: All Nations Kampala's CPx is the first step toward the beginning a great long-term relationship!
CPx is holistic, practical, and personal. We aim to train the head, heart, and hands in 7 abilities:
